PERRYSBURG, Ohio (WUPW) - If someone you know suffers from a chronic health concern, and modern medicine hasn't been working, there might be an alternative.

Buderer Drug Co. in Perrysburg will work with your physician to get to the root cause of your ailment. They start by examining your body's chemistry through blood samples.

Since owner Matt Buderer is a pharmacist and a chemist, he's interested in each patients chemical make-up to see if there's an underlying issue that might be causing a problem.

The treatment usually attempts to balance the body's chemistry with the elements that make-up our bodies. So it's usually seen as a more natural solution.

The method does have critics. One local doctor even calls it a waste of money.

But Kristen Berry from Maumee said working with Buderer helped her have a baby, after she was told she'd be infertile.

"I like that they don't just treat symptoms, they treat the problems," she said.
